The university aims to reach the highest level of service quality; therefore, the university is encouraged to submit any complaint in order for the issue to be resolved, and reduce any negative impact on the lives of students and employees belonging to the university.
Any student, employee or worker shall be entitled to file a complaint under the circumstances he or she is not satisfied with the quality of service provided by the university . Once the complaint has been submitted, it shall be verified and reviewed.
The procedures for student complaints include feedback from the students on the services provided by the university. This process is an important resource for improving the services provided by the university to its students. Faculty members are called upon to cooperate with students, examine their complaints, and respond to such complaints.
The university has an administrative system that ensures the following
1. Determine the complaint submitted by students.
2. All complaints filed by any student shall receive full confidentiality.
